2  pound  ground beef  
2    Large eggs   
0.5  cup  White Onion  
1  cup  Red bell pepper  
1  cup  whole milk  
0.25  cup  whole milk ricotta  
0.5  cup  Marinara sauce   
2  teaspoon  Garlic powder   
1  cup  seasoned breadcrumbs  
2  cup  shredded mozzarella

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix by hand until all are fully incorporated. 3. Form the meat into a loaf and transfer to a Copper Loaf Pan fitted with the Easy-Lift Insert. 4. Bake for 1 hour. 5. Spread the marinara over the top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with the cheese. 6.
